The more revenue your store does, the more financial activity there is to track. More Shopify payouts, more transactions, more complexity at tax time. Revenue sets the floor for your price before we know anything else about your store.

Complexity moves you within your band
Four things shift you toward the lower or higher end of your range:
→ Sales channels — Shopify only vs. multi-channel
→ Payment portals — each one beyond Shopify Payments adds reconciliation work
→ Transaction volume — 150/mo vs. 2,000/mo is a different job
